Following initial communication on March 12, we are providing our customers and stakeholders an update to our response to the COVID-19 situation.

First and foremost, there is no higher priority than the well-being and safety of our people, customers, suppliers, and the communities that we touch.  We assure you that we are following all of the recommendations and guidelines issued by respective governmental and health agencies.

We have enabled our team members to perform all work functions effectively from the safety of their homes while also maintaining lean and secure on premise staff teams in our offices.  Furthermore, we have engaged and mobilized our global field resource community so that we can continue to support our customers and suppliers in a safe and responsible manner complying with government guidelines.

During these unprecedented times, we have minimized operational disruptions and are fully able to deliver Supplier Performance Management solutions to the global supply chain.
